DKM Payroll Tax Consulting Services specializes in payroll tax outsourcing solutions for Fortune 500 companies, payroll/tax service bureaus, CPA's and financial institutions. Our primary focus is in the areas of outsourcing needs analysis, interfacing with taxing authorities, expanding businesses, developing marketing strategies, assessing the efficiency of processing environments, development of add-on services, revenue optimization and penalty abatements.

Kent Mossman, founder and President of DKM Payroll Tax Consulting Services has over 30 years of experience in the payroll/tax service industry. Prior to opening his own consulting business, Kent served as Executive Vice President of Compupay responsible for Client Services, Operations, Tax Services and Management Information Services.

Prior to Compupay, Kent was with Bank of America for ten (10) years where he served as a Vice President in the following capacities - State Payroll Tax Consultant, Head of Tax Services Nationwide, Nationwide Payroll, Tax and Reporting Services Product Manager, and prior to his leaving the bank he served as Nationwide Group Product Consultant.

Before joining the bank, Kent held various management positions for ten (10) years with Automatic Data Processing, including, but not limited to, Control Accountant, Tax Operations Manager, and Director of Client Relations for all products for the Los Angeles and San Francisco regions.

Kent holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnical University, where he was Student of the Year in 1970. He was the Excellent Performance Award winner with Bank of America from 1982 through 1991. In addition, he received the prestigious Bank of America Presidential Award for Outstanding Performance and Merit in 1984.

Kent is the founder of the National Service Bureau Awareness Committee, a member of the Society of Advancement of Management, a member of the American Payroll Association, an alumni of Alpha Phi Omega fraternity and a member of several taxing jurisdiction Employer Focus Groups.
